Cannot access my Yahoo email account.

Hey @Yahoo637problem! We would be happy to help get you back into your Yahoo mail account.

If you email address is linked to your AT&T Access ID, then changing your Access ID password should change your Yahoo Mail password. There are a few steps to change the password for your Access ID:

• Go to att.com/myatt
• Select Forgot password?
• Fill out the password info
• Choose security questoins or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we'll let you know where we sent it.
• Create your new password.

We would also suggest that you clear the cache and cookies from the device you are using as this can assist in the login issues you experience.
