Cannot access "Manage Accounts" from yahoo mail page; Redirected to ATT cell phone billing instead

In some instances, customers are using the wrong page to sign into your email. We recommend accessing the email from the web browser and, check the details. Please follow the below pointers:

1. Go to http://sm.att.com/e05b5109.
2. Select Mail.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.

Thank you for responding. That is the webpage I have saved as a shortcut in Chrome...the same place I have been signing in for years. I simply cannot access my "account info" from any device or platform and am always redirected to att.com cell phone billing page.

We have one question, can you confirm whether you're using AT&T mail credentials or Yahoo Mail credentials to login.

If the issue is with the AT&T mail, we'd recommend you to try using in a different device to see if the issue persists. If the issue is with the Yahoo Mail, we'd recommend you to contact the Yahoo support team.
