Bellsouth email randomly logging off and issues logging in.
While using my bellsouth email through currently.att.yahoo.com, my email will randomly disconnect from the server and log me off. The screen does not change so you do not know this has happened. I also often find a message that says I've tried to log in too many times when I haven't tried to log in for over a day or any length of time, really. It forces me to change my p(Edited per community guidelines)word which causes me to have to re-enter it for all of my devices.
These issues are causing huge problems with my business. I've talked to ATT multiple times and the forum is loaded with the same complaints.
It is a huge pain in the (Edited per community guidelines) to change email providers and ATT does not care if they lose email customers.
This is unacceptable and the lack of support ("we are aware of the issue and are working on it" for well over 6 months) from ATT is atrocious.
