Att.net email lockout need help
For some reason my att.net email account password got changed. I use this account for important emails. Security questions are not working and there is no other way around them without human help. AT&T automated chat is not helpful at all. Please help.

Was there a resolution to this question. We are having the exact same issue. Seem to be going in circles trying to access my wife's account which is the sub account to my own main account. I am able to access the main account and manage the items it would let me manage. (NOT the password reset for sub account). Security questions on the sub account not working either.
