AT&T Subaccounts Disappeared
I'm able to successfully login to myATT after resetting my password. However, I'm no longer able to view subaccounts.
I get the error "We apologize for the inconvenience, but your account type does not have the option to add subaccounts.
(PUM301)".
The master account has a 'sbcglobal.net' domain.
The subaccount has a 'sbcglobal.net' domain.
What do I do?

This started because I wanted to reset the password for the subaccount. However, I received the error "we can't reset your password. We don't have the account details we need to reset your password right now."
I know the correct password for the subacct. But when I try to login, I get the error "The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached."

I'm have the same issue. I can't log into one of my sub-accounts. I know 100% that my password is correct; and Reset Password is not working.
"Hmm… we can’t reset your password
We don’t have the account details we need to reset your password right now. To get help, call 800.288.2020."
So I went to Manage Sub-accounts, and it says
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but your account type does not have the option to add subaccounts.
(PUM301)"
So what's happened to my sub-accounts?

i am not the only one who can log into a prodigy.net account - please someone with knowledge and a direct phone number to call to resolve this e mail issue - it has been weeks not seeing e mail and its important to get this fixed. thank you

I had a sub-account that we could not log into knowing that we too had the correct password. Now all my subaccounts are missing. Now we are stuck. Can you help

@ATTHelp Please send me a message. Our subaccounts are gone also from flash.net I'm in big trouble with my boss for this! Please help us. Everything is connected through the sub accounts. Thank you!
