AT&T login screen keeps looping

I can not get into my email (@sbcglobal.net) and I need to access it for work. Every time I log in with my user ID and password it automatically signs me right back out. How to fix this? Please help :/

I have cleared cache and cookies and have tried to login from multiple browsers and it still does not let me log in.

Thank you for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried! This will save us some time. We recommend resetting your email password. Even if you're entering in the right login info, this can still help, since it'll re-sync your email.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If this doesn't help, let us know! We may need to take a closer look at your email.
