ATT Email sub account management

Here to help you get logged into your business subaccount, @GALeisurelyLady.

You can manage and edit your subaccounts, by following these steps:

• Go to Profile > Account users.
• If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage from the dropdown at the top.
• Select Manage subaccount users.
• Next to the desired subaccount, select Edit.
• Update the information you would like to change and select Save Changes.

As a reminder, you can only make adjustments if your the primary account holder.

Edit is greyed out - I can’t edit subaccount
