att email password reset
No one at ATT will admit it, but people at their brick and mortar stores have told me that ATT is harassing free email customers (ATT, pacbell, sbcglobal, etc) to leave. ATT has decided that they don't make enough money on ads to continue whatever small support is needed to keep these going. (Edited per community guidelines).
Support personnel will only say that this is in the interest of security. But the users know there is no security issue. It is happening to everyone, or maybe just blocks of thousands of addresses at a time on a rolling basis.
Please let me know if there is a solution. I tried to go the yahoo+ $5 per month route and that worked for awhile but now the password reset is back.
