at&t email keeps logging me out when i do anything else or away. i saw the clear cache/cookies advice, but it is on all 4 devices i have. i check the 'keep me logged in' option everytime. it doesnt matter.
@jaw1254 Yes! I am getting the exact same spam emails, everyday, multiple time a day. Hmmm. I mark it as Spam every time, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Even when the Yahoo server-side filter is working, marking emails as spam has never resulted in those emails finally getting to my inbox instead of the spam folder.
I've relayed this story before but for a number of years the Yahoo spam filter kept sending official AT&T emails to my scbglobal account's spam folder. These were things like billing notifications, account info, etc, not ads. I religiously kept marking these figuring that since AT&T is paying Yahoo to provide the email service, if there was any reason to pay attention to the markings, this had to be one.
I finally gave up and just checked the spam folder on a regular basis. A few years later they finally started showing up in the Inbox.
Same issue. I'm trying to get to security settings and it logs me out every time. Cleared cache, different browser, downloaded different browser, etc... nothing works.
I am being kicked out of my email multiple times a day. I login through Currently. I use a Firefox browser. I log out every evening and in every morning - well now every couple of hours.
Do we know if any progress has been made on finding a solution to the problem? this has been going on for months now. It is very frustrating.
C'mon @pbmendez. I know people often post without reading other threads, but you tacked your comment onto a thread with almost 100 comments explaining exactly what is happening here.
I have been having the same issues on both computers. I have done everything recommended and still having the same problem. I also have people telling me that my emails are bouncing back as invalid. If I can’t get this issue resolved I am going to have to change to another internet and email provider which i hate to do but I don’t see any other choice. I’ve called support but to no avail
I have been having the same issues for almost 2 months. I have done everything Support asked me to do - and still no change. I have people telling me that my email is bouncing back. I know I’m not getting all my emails except the junk stuff and it’s frustrating. If Att can’t fix this I need to cancel both my internet and email account and change to something more reliable. Even while composing an email when i hit send it logs me out and I have to sign back in.
No one at ATT will admit it, but people at their brick and mortar stores have told me that ATT is harassing free email customers (ATT, pacbell, sbcglobal, etc) to leave. ATT has decided that they don't make enough money on ads to continue whatever small support is needed to keep these going. (Edited per community guidelines).
Please let me know if there is a solution. I tried to go the yahoo+ $5 per month route and that worked for awhile but now the password reset is back.

Define "progress".
THIS is the only update AT&T has released recently. Me thinks they need better "nerds".

I am having the same issue! Logged out multiple times a day, having many many issues with my email, have to change my password almost every morning.
Is someone hacking my account, or is it a screw up with the att system? Anybody have any idea?
