Always forced to reset my password every time I want to log into my sbbcglobal email account, why?
Why am I forced to reset my password everytime I want to log into my emai account? I have had several trouble tickets for this issue which has NEVER been RESOLVED? I want someone to work with me on this, I feel this should be an ESCALATION. i FIRST WANT TO THE REASON/ THEN I WANT TO KNOW A RESOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND?
The message will tell me I have tried tro many times, on my first try?
