Account security keeps logging me out

I am on the main page for my account, I am trying to access the account security settings to enable 2 step verification, but every time I click account security, the site logs me completely out of my account.

Please let us know how you're accessing your settings. If you are using a web browser, we first suggest the following:

  • Clear Cache and Cookies - The most common fix
  • Update Your Browser - many features are only compatible with the latest browser and we recommend updating it
  • Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
  • Disable browser tools or add-ons - varies by device and browser
  • Disable your firewall - varies by device and browser

If you are trying to sign in using an email client, we recommend setting up or updating your client. You may use the drop-down menu from the article to choose your operating system for detailed, accurate, and the most up-to-date instructions on setting up your email.


Also, please let us know if you have set up Open Authentication (OAuth) or a Secure Mail Key. This will help us determine the best path toward a resolution.

Same issue.  I'm trying to get to security settings and it logs me out every time.  Cleared cache, different browser, downloaded different browser, etc... nothing works.
