Hi @ sherbet, we'd be happy to answer your question about keeping your email account.
To answer your question, yes, you will be able to keep your email if your account is in good standing. Your email account is separate from your mobile phone service, and it remains active as long as you continue to maintain it or as long as AT&T provides email services.
If there is a balance owed on the AT&T account, you will lose access to the email until it is resolved. We have more information on keeping your email after cancelling your AT&T service which is called a free email.
