"Accelerator Not Found". I'm unable to open my email!
I keep getting this message with my email account I've had for 15+ years. I've tried all the suggestions a number of times, on different devices and browsers and I get the same results. After waiting 24 hours for a call back from tech, going back and forth with a rep for 1.5 hours, I was informed that my email account was deleted and I should just create another.(And ignore the fact I have many archived emails I need access to). After some push back, a supervisor supposedly reinstated it but almost 12 hours later, I'm getting the same results. "Not Found on Accelerator". This is, by definition, crazy. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.
