I'm sure it has nothing to do with how long you've had service. What are you trying to do when you get that error? Is there a message along with the number?

my email login continues to post "customer care error 205.2(LU003)".
numerous attempts to change password etc have failed. calling att customer service resulted in "go search google". google =zero help.
i believe I have been censored

Well for starters you're in the wrong forum for an internet problem related to your AT&T email.
I don't know why you think you are or would be censored.
This entire thread will be moved and tagged as email and security issues
