some of my inbox emails are encrypted and others are fine
Some of my SBCGlobal.net email notices are coming to me encripted, while others are not. I do not know how it correct this issue. All the help tabs tell me to find account settings to fix, but those options are not available on my settings. I have AT&T internet.

I included that picture in my last post to show where the info is.
What browser are you using?

I have no idea how to answer properly, I open my computer in the MSN app. When I go to the start menu, I select email, all that appears is Inbox-SBCglobal.net If it is a formatting issue, can I fix that??

Wow, I don't know exactly what sort of setup you have there. Except for many years ago, I don't think there's a MSN app for computers any more.
How old is your computer?
Regardless, if the email is not formatted correctly that's on the sender's side, not anything you can control.
Definitely try what ATTHelp CalebP suggested. Open a web browser and go to www.currently.com and enter your login info for your sbcglobal account. Open that same BB&B email and see if it's corrupted there too.

That looks to be a different issue, one that other sbcglobal users are reporting.
There's no known fix for this problem at this time.

We're here to help get your email working properly, @Apprzr50.
If you're having problems with emails not loading correctly, you may want to try some troubleshooting steps to see if that fixes the issue. Here's a few things you can do:
Clear Cache and Cookies - A very common fix.
Update Your Browser - many features are only compatible with the latest browser and we recommend updating it.
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser.
Disable browser tools or add-ons - varies by device and browser.
Disable your firewall - varies by device and browser.
If you're still having email issues after that, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to see what other options we can provide.
We look forward to hearing back from you!
