Sent emails disappeared from my sent folder

My sent emails from 9/14/2020 through 1/7/2023 are suddenly missing from my sent email folder from webmail and my phone app!  I have the option selected to save my sent emails in the sent folder.  I know they were all there recently as I do refer back to previously sent emails.  I noticed today that the ones sent in the time frame specified above have disappeared.  I certainly did not delete or move these emails.  Please advise on why, how, these emails disappeared, and more importantly, how can I get them back???

I am having the same problem as described by asanchh.   I am using Yahoo email (Bellsouth.net).   I lost about three years of emails from my SENT folder.  I believe this occurred in the last couple of days.   Can you help please?

For the ATTHelp, I don't see how to connect with you via DM.   I am not able to see what you describe in your message above.

Thank you.

I am having the same problem. Lost all sent emails (about 10 years of emails). I need assistance retrieving them. This has now happened 3 times, and I was able to restore most of them previously from an Outlook backup, but now there's many months of missing (only the sent) emails. This email account goes back to the very early days of dial-up.
