SBCGlobal.net Email Issues - AT&T blocking emails (AT&T Customer Service (Edited per community guidelines)!!!)
I have an sbcglobal.net email address that I have had for probably 25-30 years or so and have been having issues with login and password off and on for months now. Now, AT&T is blocking (blacklisting) emails that are needed and are not spam without reason and I can't get any resolution. I have spent hours on call after call being told each time that whomever I'm speaking with can't fix it but someone else can. I just have to call another number and start over each time I'm passed from one person to the next. So Frustrating!
This is the message that others are receiving when trying to email to my account or another ATT.Net/Bellsouth/SBCGlobal.net recipient.

Note the messages says DNSBL:RBL. That is a service (a BlackList) that is used to block emails from known spammers.
We have run our IP address and domain through multiple sites that verify that our IP address is not on any blacklists:

All of these services indicate that we're clear. It seems att/bellsouth has an issue with their spam checking.
We filed a request with ATT.
I have no servers or addresses blocked on my end and can't fix the issue.
I need to receive the emails from these people and shouldn't have to change email address to do it!
AT&T doesn't care about helping get this fixed!
