sbcglobal email repeated password creation

I see my previous case was closed concerning this situation. The agent said he had contacted me this past week, June 24-26, but I never received a notification.  I had received his previous notifications asking me to "give him a moment" or "he was off for a couple of days",  but no updates on new information for me.  Didn't see any attempt to reach me on the last couple of days. Then I see the case was closed. I guess that goes down as a "problem solved".  However the situation continues. If I'm in email for maybe an hour or more, my folders all display as empty.  I have to logout and go back in and "presto", there they are. Also if I make a mistake typing in my password, it says I tried too many times (I guess more than once is too many), and I have to reset my password.
