outlook 2019 stopped working,

outlook 2019 stopped working, Keeps asking for password.  Same password used 
Web Email and Att Account, no issues.  Outlook 2019 on computer worked fine up to Thursday 26 May.  Pa

The problem is that you used the same password as the web UI does.  You most likely need to create a Secure Mail Key and use that in Outlook in every spot that asks for Password.  The "normal" password will still continue to work in your web browser.

Not sure why this just stopped working since the SMK has been a requirement for quite some time.
