not receiving emails from one domain

Last week stopped receiving emails from one domain's email addresses (it's a .org non-profit) Had been receiving emails without issue for years. Domain is not blocked and emails are not in spam folder.

Please advise. Have contacted brotherbenno.org hosting and they reported emails are being delivered.

We're here to help locate those emails for you, @bsmith2023!

First, are you using Currently to access your email? This is our official email website and can help us identify if this is something dealing with your access method. If you are using Apple mail or Outlook, please try using Currently to see if the emails are there.

If they are there, and you are using a third party email program, we recommend checking to ensure that the server settings are correct. You can reference the table in the provided link.

Let us know if this helps at all! If not, we can try some additional troubleshooting.

Thank you for that update, @bsmith2023.

By chance do you know if the sender gets an error or not when trying to send the email to you? This will help our team find a resolution.

It sounds like you will need to contact our Postmaster with the bounce back error they receive, if any. It's possible the sender may need to reach out to them as well. We thank you for your understanding.

Don't hesitate to reach back out if you ever need our assistance again. Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums!

Hello bsmith2023

We understand how inconvenient it is not to receive mails and, that's certainly not the experience we want you to have.

Unfortunately @bsmith2023, our teams have to refer you to our postmaster. It can take time for these request to be checked and, our teams are unable to assist and, we do not have time frames to resolve.

Also, sending multiple requests may get flagged as spam so when contacting the postmaster, reaching out once is recommended.

Happy to help!

No errors messages. Have reached out to hosting and their trace indicates mail has been delivered. Same emails sent to Gmail go thru just fine. I can email to the address from currently, just won't receive. It was working fine, suddenly stopped a week ago.
