Not receiving emails from Instagram to reset password, or my own ATT email
Hello,
I have been locked out of my Instagram account which is linked to my ATT email because I forgot my password. When Instagram sends me the reset link, I receive no email (yes my email was spelled correctly because I have been able to reset in the past this way). There is nothing in spam/junk/other folders. No blocked domains or contact or filters or anything like that. I never use this email except for a couple social media accounts since the email account is over a decade old. I tried sending myself an email from myself (ATT email) and received nothing. I tried sending myself an email from gmail and DID receive that one, so I know it’s still able to receive some emails.
Any tips on this? I’ve tried the troubleshooting options that ATT offers on the help pages etc but nothing is helpful and I can’t find a contact to speak or email someone directly about this.

@Melissatornado did you end up getting this fixed? I have tried this same way and it has not worked :(

I had the same problem,....solved.....in android you get an option named "can't reset password" before you click send an email this shows after you enter your email in "can't remember the password", then you are given an option to provide a video selfie to confirm that's you, and then you will receive the mail.
