message to sender NOT Deliverable

We have an sbcglobal mail account. We are using Yahoo mail. When someone sends us an email, they get a message saying that the message can't be delivered because OUTLOOK mailbox is full. We don't use outlook for our sbc mail. The message DOES go thru to us, but the senders get the error message. This is extremely frustrating. It has only begun this past week. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

We see that you mentioned you do not use Outlook to access your email. Can you let us know how you do? Such as Apple Mail or Currently? If you are using an email client other than Currently, we recommend verifying that your inbound and outbound server information is correct.

 

You can reference this table if needed:

Email protocol Inbound server Inbound port SSL Outbound server Outbound port
POP3 inbound.att.net 995 Yes outbound.att.net 465
IMAP imap.mail.att.net 993 Yes smtp.mail.att.net 465 or 587

 

Along with taht can you let us know if this is just one sender or multiple? If it's isolated to one sender, it could be an error on their end.
