Our company runs a healthcare patient portal for billpay, with numerous clients in the SE.   We are paid to delivery online statements to patients by healthcare facilities.  Unfortunately we have a large population of Bellsouth users.  We are currently running a 30% failure rate on Bellsouth emails getting delivered. 

We are using Sendgrid and their is no logic to why our emails are getting blocked as one email with the same exact template subject DNS/ IPS is successful and the next on is blocked.  

This causing considerable damage to our business and reputation.  All emails to abuse-att.net are ignored.    

Has anyone ever gotten this solved?

Hey @WilsonJ424 , we know the importance of your patients getting these emails.

We apologize about the issues that you are running into with the block domain. For issues with their E-mail server, please make sure it is secured and not on any blacklists. If your still having issues, please send an E-mail to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. It is never the intention of the AT&T Postmaster staff to block legitimate mail. Unfortunately, legitimate messages are sometimes blocked as a result of our antispam and antivirus measures. We would like to rectify these problems as soon as possible, but we need your help. If you run an E-mail server, there is a site where you can find an E-mail to our block list group. If you do not hear back in 3 business days, please send another E-mail. Avoid long E-mails or anything that may be flagged for SPAM.
