I am getting duplicates of every email I receive

Every email, all day long and every day, comes in doubles. How to stop that?

Hello @MGZat11131942, we understand the inconvenience of getting double emails in your inbox, and we will be glad to assist.


We recommend performing the following steps:

  • Click settings -> more settings -> viewing email -> group by conversation
  • Click the slider to the left to turn grouping by conversations off.

That should fix the issue. If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know so we can look further into this. When you do reach out, please let us know:

  • How long this has been happening
  • What kind of email platform you are using ( Outlook, a web browser, or through an email app on your mobile device, etc)
  • What device you are using: (computer, tablet, or phone)
