I just input a forum response about the excessive spam I'm getting. I got a quick response from Shakenrda, thanks. FYI, I also did forward many of the spam emails to "firstname.lastname@example.org". And I did receive an automated response which was very cryptic and not very helpful. So I did reply back to "email@example.com" with the following:
"I received an automated email from you after forwarding multiple spam emails I have been receiving daily for too long now. Quite frankly I'm not sure what your reply is telling me. Most of it appears to deny any responsibility and offers suggestions for other avenues I should take. This is a huge problem, and I'm not alone as my wife and many users that are also complaining in forums and on the internet attest to. I hope to hear something a little more proactive and helpful from you soon. I have other gmail email addresses on which I get no spam. And all of my friends with gmail email address all say that too. Please help so I do not have to change email providers. I am a long long time AT&T user (as you can see from my ancient "......@swbell.net" email address. Our family currently uses AT&T wireless, U-verse, internet, landline and email. I and my wife are also retired former AT&T employees. It would be nice to receive some personal support on this!
