Emails with attachments
I am not receiving emails that contain attachments. I have an sbcglobal.net account.

To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using. There could be saved data that is interfering with you receiving emails that contain attachments.
Also, please try using a different browser than the one you're currently using to see if the emails show up there. You can also try signing in through Currently, and check to see if you're receiving your emails there.

Thanks for your response, Robert. I have cleared cache and cookies, switched to Google Chrome and checked blocked emails. I ensured Java scripts are enabled, power cycled my device and deleted emails and large files. After having done all this, I receive emails but still do not receive emails with attachments. I get my email through yahoo.

We see that you've tried a lot of things, but did you try our suggestion to see if you can get email that include attachments on Currently? It's the official website for AT&T email, so we recommend using it.
If you're only having this problem on Yahoo! Mail, you'll want to contact their support team for assistance.

I have not received attachments on Currently either. Could it have anything to do with sbcglobal.net address? Is it still universally recognized? Three different senders get ”undeliverable” message.

Change your settings from POP to IMAP
Update your browser - many features are only compatible with the latest browser, and we recommend updating it
If the problem persists, we'll see what else we can do!

May I suggest some Google searches that are equally as appropriate to your problem as those given to you by ATTHelp.
"How to change a water pump on a 1996 Toyota Corolla"
"What song has been on the Billboard 100 for the longest consecutive period of time"
"Why can't ATTHelp actually read the question"
@BDCassani Can you get the content of one of these "undeliverable" emails those people are getting so we can see the exact error?
Is it everyone who sends attachments or just certain ones?
What's common about these emails (coming from the same domain names or even senders, size of attachment, etc)?
Can you get email from those same people if they don't attach anything?

Do I clear DNS on Google Chrome or on Mac OS X El Capitan? This is new to me.
Have not changed POP to IMAP settings. Will I lose emails? Concerned about the risk....
None of the attachments appear on any of my devices through currently site (computer, iPad, phone)
Browser was updated to Google Chrome
All the emails with attachments that I am not receiving are invoices for work done. They are small files.
There are three email senders whose emails with attachments I can't receive. I can receive their emails without attachments, and last year I received the emails with attachments just fine. A fourth sent an invoice attachment that I did receive.

Barb, please ignore all the busy work ATTHelp is feeding you. Those are all things on your computer. Concentrate on the webmail through currently because that's directly to the Yahoo servers. So if the email on the server doesn't show up that's narrowed it down significantly.
Do you know what kind of files? PDF, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX or something else?
The fact that it's the three same senders and not others is odd. What is the domain name of the sender (the part of their address after the @ sign)?

Eureka! The three senders involved (2 businesses and one condo association) all use Intuit/Quickbook. But only two are getting an undeliverable message. Previously, I had no problem getting emails with attachments from two of the senders (who have always used Quickbook). The third is a new to me. So there’s the common thread.
