Emails to junk folder in error
Since the first of the year, I’m experiencing an increase of non spam emails going directly to junk mail (News alerts, purchase confirmations, etc.). I move the emails from junk to the inbox and they persist in going to junk. I’ve also added the sender addresses to my address book. In what I’ve seen online, there are directions to mark these emails as “not spam” but I don’t find a button that will do this. Any suggestions?

Log into your account with a web browser by going to www.currently.com. Click Settings (gear icon in the upper right corner) then More Settings, then Filters.
Delete any filters you may find in there that you did not create.
If you do find any then odds are the account was compromised. First, change the password. Then go back into that same page and click through the numbers that I've outline in the pic below. Make sure it's your info in those fields and that it says 1 of 50 Used.
