E mail Following
Moving to ATT after 15 years with spectrum, will my e-mail address still be good, or do I need to start forwarding to an ATT address. I use Mailbird so I only need to check one place, just wondering if someone sends me an e mail to kc.rr.com if I will still be able to receive it from spectrum, or do I need to set it up to forward?

Uhh, shouldn't this be a question you're asking Spectrum?

Welcome to AT&T, Vinny77, we'd be glad to address your email inquiry.
As tonydi alluded to, we aren't able to give you a concrete answer on whether or not your Spectrum email address will work after you cancel your service. You'll get an AT&T email address once your account is created, so we recommend setting up your email to forward now, just to be on the safe side. You can forward to AT&T mail by following these steps:
We hope this information was helpful to you. If you have any other questions, we'll be here.

They are wrong. Whether or not you keep your Spectrum email address is up to Spectrum, not ATT. Let’s put it this way, ATT’s email service provider is Yahoo and they do not host any of Spectrum’s email domains. I had them when they were charter and I had a charter.net email address. There was not then nor is there now any way for a charter.net email address to be on Yahoo. My charter.net email account was closed, I had no option to keep it.
