Does anyone at AT&T read the 'abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net' emails?
There are much easier ways to tell customers you are washing your hands of the email business, rather than arbitrarily "blocking" legitimate mail servers... That exist on no DNSBL block lists anywhere (except AT&T apparently).

Hey @Novox. Thanks for reaching out to us about the emails that you receive from our abuse team.
We'd recommend reaching out to our AT&T Postmaster support team by checking out this information. You can also check out your internet settings to allow the mail server if it's being blocked by your internet settings.
Please reach back out if you have any further questions. Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

So...you're forwarding me back to the useless "Get AT&T Mail postmaster help" page, which refers to emailing "abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net?" Did you even read my post? (Edited per community guidelines).

I could probably "typically respond within 1 hour" to everything if I never read it either...

Hey @Novox, Thanks for reaching out to us about the emails that you receive from our abuse team.
I'm sorry you couldn't get the hint, but we really do not give a @#%! about our customers. You can also check out your internet settings to allow the mail server if it's being blocked by your internet settings. Or you could choose a different flavor ice cream if the flavor you want is out of stock. Not exactly sure what you posted about because I didn't bother to read it.
I'm glad I could resolve your issue today. Please reach back out if you have any further questions. Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.
