can't send emails to bellsouth.net or att.net email addresses

We host email for 120 domains for our customers. In the past few months we keep getting reject from bellsouth.net or att.net email addresses. We have PTR, DMarc, and Domainkey records in DNS but our IP's keep getting blocked.

We use IP's from Spectrum from 173.95.10.255 and the range of 173.95.10.80 thru 173.95.10.103.

We are not on any DNSBL so I need to know why I am being blocked.

We have emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net but the only reply we got back said our PTR record was not specific enough.

I can not have the customers domain in the PTR of a shared IP.

Can someone help us.

Hi there, @Danny_Mooring!

We see that you've already been in contact with the correct team for help with those rejected email addresses. It's best to follow their recommendations, as they have already identified the cause of those rejections.

For any future assistance with this, we suggest reaching back out to the email team at the abuse email you shared previously.
