ATT.com mail isn't all being delivered

I have a very long standing email address to which I forward 2 other accounts to. There are times when 1, 2 or all 3 of them won't receive certain messages. I have run tests from other email addresses to all 3 at the same time only to find that none, or 1 will receive the email. I have had multiple complaints that I did not reply to a message. This is on the web login version in addition to my phone. They are not in spam/junk... they are flat out missing. What do I do? reading the forums, it seems this is not an isolated event. I don't want to abandon my longest standing account, but I also can't afford to miss messages. What could be happening?

Hello @jrbrady11,

We understand the gravity of your concern and let’s make up for the invested time.

We recommend that you follow the troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your email size. If your email is too big, it may not be sent.
  • Be sure you’re using the correct recipient email address. If not, you may get error messages like Failed Delivery or Problem Found - Message Not Sent.
  • Try signing out of your email account and signing back in.
  • Check your spam folder for missing emails.
  • Review your settings. Select the gear icon, then check:
    • Blocked addresses: Be sure you aren’t blocking addresses you want to get email from.
    • Filters: Are emails going to the correct folder?

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot your email.

We suggest that you check out the section about POP vs IMAP email settings. These will be the settings for your email that you need to use, and this will be required for your email to work properly.

Also, please feel free to visit our website to have a better understanding on your email concerns.

We hope this helps!
