@katietessie, could you elaborate on what auto sorting feature you are referring to?

We always recommend using Currently, as this is AT&T's preferred method for using our email services.

By default, your emails show in chronological order with the newest emails at the top.  You can change this by selecting Sort at the top of your inbox.

Are there specific folders that are goign to your spam / junk folder?  You are able to unblock specific addresses:

From your webmail inbox:

1. Select the gear , then More Settings.
2. Choose Security and privacy and do one of the following:
   • To block: Select +Add, enter an email address, then choose Save.
   • To unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.

My inbox is sorted in groups by date.  I don't want any sorting of emails.  I just want all emails displayed as one
