Accountability
Would any of the employees at AT&T be willing to spend hours on the phone to contact the Power Company trying to get some customer service. This is the situation we, your customers, have at AT&T. Hours on the phone, constant transfers to the supposed "Supervisor" which is only the next employee in the chain of never ending non-help.
VERY sad commentary for a company that spends millions and millions of dollars for advertisements on television!!
After days on the phone, I was assured I would receive an email at the end of each month for the NEXT bill that is due. Do you think this has happened? Really it does not matter what you think because AT&T is going to do what they want to do which continues to burn out current customers who then switch to a different carrier.
Too Bad!

That is what the live folks on the other end promised. AN email notification of your bill is due. YES!

Well, You must work for AT&T because that is the look of who is on the other end of the customer service telephone number at the end of the 8 person transfers.
