Unable to access SBCGLOBAL.NET email address
Hi! We've been unable to access my email address: [email scrubbed] for some time now. To unlock or reset password it directs me or sends a notification to old email address from 20+ years ago that I can not access ([email scrubbed]).
This was linked to my AT&T home phone number.
Is there anyway to reset the password by sending a recovery email to my son: [email scrubbed] or text to his AT&T cell.

We know what a hassle it is when you can not access your email and we want to help!
