Text/Font is displaying incorrectly on Yahoo Mail through desktop website use.
Not only is mail displaying incorrectly, but text is displaying incorrectly across the entire website of Yahoo Mail. It happens on Chrome and Edge. It's displaying this way no matter what browser is being used on this desktop. It looks weird, stencil-like, and blurry. It's like there is a missing system font on my computer and this is what it shows instead.

I figured out the problem. I had recently installed some fonts from the Helvetica Neue font family, and it was causing issues in Chromium based browsers for some reason. The only way to fix it was to remove those fonts from the system. Yahoo Help was no help by the way. I even upgraded to Yahoo Mail Plus (two week free trial) for the advanced support and they just blamed my computer with no additional help.

I should clarify this is not a font size issue or a screen zooming issue. The text looks screwed up no matter where I have the page zoomed to. It's only on the mail URL.

We're happy to address your concern with Yahoo's website, @PioneerKitchens.
We recommend reaching out to Yahoo's support team to see what they can find out for you.
Although we do assist with Yahoo email issues, the functionality of the website is outside our domain.
If you need assistance with anything else, let us know.
Thank you for contacting the AT&T community forums team.

Chrome tells me that the font style on my platform is:
font-family: YahooSans, "Helvetica Neue", "Segoe UI", Helvetica, Arial, "Lucida Grande", sans-serif;
Why Yahoo thinks it needs a custom font, I do not know. Seems like one of the fallback fonts should be available.

Thanks for the info @JefferMC, do you have any idea how I could fix the email display?

@ATTHelp if this is apparently a Yahoo issue, where is an alternative place I can check/receive email at this email address? It's not a Yahoo address. It's an SBCGlobal.net email address through AT&T. We only use Yahoo because you force us to.

@PioneerKitchens
You can use any mail client you choose. Currently.com is the most recommended.
Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Currently is the only WEBMAIL client.
You don't really support any of the non-WEBMAIL access mechanisms, you just document them. Quit being disingenuous.

We have to agree that there is something seriously wrong here. Yahoo isn't going to be any help.

I've tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. All three browsers display email like this.
