Password Reset to Phone No Functioning - Followed by E-mail Confirmation
I have been attempting to reset my @ATT.NET e-mail address password for several weeks now using the AT&T Reset Password page, which I had used without issue in December, but am now having issues. Specifically, I request a temporary password through text yet no message arrives, despite my correct last four digits of my phone number displaying (and as mentioned, has recently worked). I have tried this using Firefox & Chrome. Interestingly, my iPod is still able to access my mail account and after requesting the temporary password via text I receive an e-mail from AT&T Online Services to the account of the password I am trying to reset stating (Subject) "Your AT&T online password has been updated" and the body text of "We've updated your AT&T password. I have not been an AT&T customer for 5 years or so. Has anyone else experienced this issue with phone password reset request?
