Not receiving Facebook email to reset password

I do not receive the emails from Facebook when trying to reset my password. It says the email is sent every time but I don’t get them. When I google for solutions it says to contact my email provider. Please help

The problem is that I can’t get into my Facebook account. They say they are sending me emails to reset my password but I am not receiving them. Your solution was to sign into my account.

I actually sent several emails to security@facebookmail.com. It took about a month but finally received information to recover my account.  I didn’t hear anything else from AT&T

I am having the same issue but with instagram. My bellsouth email is not receiving the email from instagram with the code I need to log back in. I know my email address is correct and it is not in my spam folder.
