Not able to forward email
I am trying to forward my email to a different account and the option is greyed out. How can I get this resolved? Is this not an option for my att.net account? I am unsure of how to attach a screen shot here but am able to provide one.
Thanks,
Whitney

I just reported this as a dangerous bug.
There seem to be something wrong in the Setting for the "New" Yahoo Mail.
In my Wifes account, that got Hijacked, Pop3 vas visible as selected (radiobuttons) but all mails sent to her dissapeared. The "forward" option was greyed out so not possible to change.
But "Yahoo Mail Quick Fix" reported that it did find a forward adress????
Solution/BUG:
By Switching back to "old"/basic mail view of Yahoo mail, there was an adress in the forwarding field (zoho.com), which is not ours, and the radiobuttons was instead pointing at "forwarding" (not pop3). In old/Basic you can change/edit forward adress.
So there was the reason for my wife not getting her mails...they instead ended up at an imposter who had in an aerlier mail from her accont asked people for money, claiming "she" got robbed.
So different pop3/forwarding selected option is set/visible between old/basic and new Yahoo mail.
You might think forwarding is switched off when it actually is on (and you cannot see who the receiver is)
Switching back:
You switch back to Old/basic by Mail/Settings/Settings/Show e-mail/e-mailversion (That can be swithced betweed Full/Advanced and Basic view.
(I am translating from Swedish Yahoo! so the options names can be somewhat different)
Hope this will help you and that Yahoo! acknowledges this and releases a fix this bug today (it seems to have been around close to a month now. I wonder how much money that has been lost to fraud beacuse of this in the meantime??

I am having the same problem. It began a few days ago when they changed the "Accounts" screen in Settings.

Add another name to the list with the same problem. Called Yahoo support, but no help there.

The work around of using yahoo mail classic no long appears to work. When going to yahoo mail classic the Forwarding / Pop link is no longer in the options menu like it used to be, and the "New" yahoo mail version is still greyed out. So now there is no way to forward your mail, see if your mail is being forwarded, or disable forwarding.

I have reported this additional/updated bug.
