Need to recover my SBCGlobal.net account

I cannot remember my password for my sbcglobal.net account and went to reset it and now I cannot access it at all!

Spent an hour on the phone with someone (who did not speak very loudly or clearly) and said I would have to wait 30 days for a password reset in the mail.  I gave them another email account to send the temp password reset to and they said it cannot be used.  Also gave my phone number for a text to come through and I have received NOTHING!

I NEED this email back.  I have a set up an ATT.net email now and know the password but I have files that are VERY IMPORTANT to be in that sbcglobal.net email. I NEED HELP TO RECOVER IT!!!
