Hi. I am having a similar problem and the ATT technical support person I spoke to wasn't able to assist me. When I go to the "Install AT&T AntiVirus Plus" page (https://www.att.com/support/article/dsl-high-speed/KM1046931) and click on "
Go to AT&T AntiVirus Plus and select Download Now." it takes me to the download page and gives me this message: "Error: An error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact customer support." I am running Windows 11 and have tried on Chrome and Edge, and on an Incognito page on Chrome. Would really appreciate assistance. Thank you.

We'd be glad to help you install AntiVirus Plus, jmcohen.
To make sure there's nothing on your computer that's stopping the program from downloading, we suggest doing a pre-installation cleanup on your computer.
Let us know if this helped or if you need further assistance.

Thanks. I did the pre-installation cleanup before attempting to download the software.

I can now get to the Download your subscription page, but when I click on the Submit button, I get the same error message.
