I'm unable to log in on 1 computer

I can log in on my phone and on a different computer.  But on 1 computer it says

"Check your entry and try again. Keep in mind, you’ll have to reset your password after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
Care Code: 201 [LU100]"
This started about 1 week ago.
I've tried the forgot user ID and forgot password links, but it says they can't find my email address.
My email is an old bellsouth.net address.  I no longer have an account with at&T, so I know calling them for help is not going to get me anywhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - this is driving me nuts.

Is this an AT&T or Bellsouth email?

it is a bellsouth.net email, that moved to att.net, and then to yahoo, and now apparently to currently.

Yes.  Create your own new post and provide all of the details you can. 

Are you also talking about logging into your email account?

If not and it's the Internet you can't log into, here are just a few things to provide...

Which AT&T Internet service are you on?

Which AT&T gateway do you have?

What's the make/model # of the new computer?

Are you trying to connect with an Ethernet cable or via wifi?

What errors do you get?

What troubleshooting have you already done?

Has the new computer ever connected to this or any other Internet connection?
