I'm unable to log in on 1 computer
I can log in on my phone and on a different computer. But on 1 computer it says
"Check your entry and try again. Keep in mind, you’ll have to reset your password after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
Care Code: 201 [LU100]"
This started about 1 week ago.
I've tried the forgot user ID and forgot password links, but it says they can't find my email address.
My email is an old bellsouth.net address. I no longer have an account with at&T, so I know calling them for help is not going to get me anywhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - this is driving me nuts.
