I can't log into my email - I'm getting error code 652314

I can't log into my email. Getting error code 652314.  Tried changing the password and still can't gain access to my email.  Was working last night.  Have not had a problem in 10 years of using this email, but suddenly today I can't read my email.  Need a resolution immediately as I have many very important emails stored there and need access.

Also, have tried calling.  Could only get through to a "billing" dept. and they would not help.  Tried the number they supplied for email help and after being on hold for 5 minutes a recording came on and said voice mail was full and then hung up on me.

I can not sign into my Yahoo acct. I keep getting redirected to my ATT/Directv acct with this message:

"Something isn't working right. Give it some time and try again. (Error code:652314)".

I have tried multiple ways to sign in but it keeps ending with this this message. I have changed nothing on my end. Anyone able to help?

Cannot login to email. I begin with Yahoo which leads to AT&T login. However when I login to AT&T it reverts to the Yahoo login.

I tried logging in to my ATT Mail account and it diverts me to Yahoo.  I tried to re-log in there but it sends me a code to enter.  Once I enter that code, it cycles back around to the password entry code page.   At one point I received an error message. I don't want to access my Yahoo account, nor do I want it merged with my ATT mail account. What is going on? And when will it be corrected?

If you cannot login to your att.net email (maybe removed cookies, etc)

then you can go to https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/fid/lander

and open a chat window.

Then ask the auto-bot to connect you to customer support.

Chat with a real person.
