Is there any way to retract the message before it gets to the recipient? Or will just deleting it work?

Sorry, once you send an email, it's already in the recipient's mailbox. If you delete it on your end, it's only deleted to you, but you cannot delete it from their mailbox.

Thanks. Oh well, I guess that recipient will probably just delete it.
