Hot potato here. How can I make updates when "Account Security" comes up blank and the phone no on file is obsolete?
I spoke to 4 different AT&T techs via phone and have looked up what to do if the account security link comes up blank, and there is not a satisfactory answer I can find online. I need to update the info without running into the need for code sent to an obsolete phone number.
I can't for the life of me get the account security page to display, and apparently others have the same problem. Doesn't matter what browser. This is for an sbcglobal email address that AT&T owns. Please give me a real solution or fix the problem on the server end.
