Email help needed - self help not working!

I have been working for 4 days now to fix my email access. I am getting beyond frustrated. The more I work on it, the worse it gets. I am confused between Yahoo, Currently, att.net and att.com. i can access my email on currently but no longer in any of my other programs: Outlook, Mail, yahoo. I was chatting with AT&T yesterday for hours, and was told someone would call me. They never did. Please help me.

Hey, @acgat11. We'd be glad to help you sign into your email on your other programs!

 

What email domain (http://sm.att.com/16276787, http://sm.att.com/91704d38, etc.) do you have? Due to a security update, you'll likely need to use a Secure Mail Key to sign into other sites like those, due to our OAuth update, which is defined in the article.

Thanks. OAuth was indeed the issue, and I wasn’t quite understanding how to change my settings. A tech person from BestBuy did it for me and I am back in business.
