Email hacked and can't get in to reset password
My email has been hacked and I can't get in to reset my password. There is no "temporary password" option. I input my password and it tells me there has been some suspicious activity so I have to reset it. I try to reset it, but it won't accept my security question answers and it says I have no other recovery method on file so I'm now locked out for 24 hours. What do I do? The last emails downloaded to my phone are from the end of March 2023, so it happened then. Usually, when I get a message on my phone to re-enter my password for this account, it goes away after a while and my emails work fine, so I didn't do anything. This time, it's not come back.

@ATTHelp For the benefit of others who may find themselves in my situation: You sent me to a form that requires a phone number in US format, but I live abroad, so that wasn't helpful. I asked for an alternative in the DM but no one ever replied back to me.
Not helpful.
