Can not sign in to yahoo att mail on google chrome. No problems on edge

When I click sign in on google chrome, the system goes through this long loop, indicating that I am already signed in and eventually tries to sign me out but does not succeed.  I get the following response: https://signin.att.com/dynamic/iamLRR/LrrController?IAM_OP=error&errorCode=902&appName=m40842&dotNetLogout=N

We understand the importance of being able to access to all the emails, and we're here to help @chemathtry.

 

We recommend that you reboot your gateway since the error you're receiving indicates that there may be a problem with your connection. This can be done manually by following these steps: 

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
  • An internal battery backup, remove it
  • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  1. Wait 20 seconds.
  2. Put the internal battery back in if you have one. 
  3. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  4. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.


Also, try to troubleshoot your mail with our Login and Email Solutions article:

  • Test using webmail - If you are able to sign in to your email via the web, the issue points to the app or mailbox you are using.
  • Mailboxes - We recommend using the latest version. Updates and changes may prevent it from working properly. 
  • Rebuild your mailbox profile - In some instances, rebuilding the profile fixes some issues. You may lose email doing this.
