Can't block unwanted email any longer, what's up?

No, that's the problem. I used to be able to just go through the unwanted emails and just click "Block Sender". That has disappeared. What changed and how do I get it back?

So, I'm supposed to type in every email address that I want to block? Do you see the problem with that?
