anyone victim of TERRIBLE Support and website services of AT&T
I have cell phone and internet with AT&T.
Terrible website.. most of the links keep circling around and dont load.
Its been 2 years, NEVER once I am able to install the Internet security suite.
THey are ever ready to take payment, but terrible service,.
Phone calls get disconnected, nobody calls back.
WHen they call, they ask for name, acct#, phone #, password etc, but dont ever use it or call back.
Support agents are not equipped AT ALL and keep saying the dumb things again and again..
AT&T fix these issues, or I am reporting you to the BBB.
Terrible service for $240 I spend every month on you.
Things break, mistakes happen, but reckless and irresponsibility is clearly distinct.
BTW I myself am a customer operations manager. So I know exactly what you are missing.

Nobody is going to call you based on your post here. You need to contact AT&T directly. This is a customer to customer forum only. It is not AT&T Support and as such, Support rarely, if ever, reads these forums. You may get a response from an AT&T employee but it is usually with a link or phone number to AT&T directly. All we can do here is offer advice based on our experiences.
