Worst Provider Ever!!!
The customer service agents being out of the country and can't understand, comprehend, or resolve issues is the problem. Their accents are so deep you can't understand them and they definitely don't understand you or your needs. The internet service that's available to us isn't worth having, but where we live its contracted. If you're going to trap people with your service at least make it a good one. The highest speed provided is 25/5. What can anyone do with this in this day and time????? Better ISP providers are in our area, but we can't use them.

Maybe convince your HOA to switch to one of those better competitors? And in the meantime check to see if said ISPs will install service for you, because even if Att gets it working you still won’t be satisfied.

I don’t want AT&T period. It’s awful and the I’ve spoken to management here and it’s a no go for different ISP providers.

I’m not totally familiar with the law around this but it seems wrong if you’re willing to bear the cost of installation they would deny you the right to choose.
